Practice informationPractice Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 6.30pm | Saturdays 8am - 12.30pm Referrals: If you have a referral or preference for a particular therapist an appointment will be made with them accordingly. Otherwise we consider your circumstances and availability to ensure the best client/therapist fit. Fees: Fees can be discussed upon enquiry. Fees are paid by cash or direct bank transfer. Concessions available in some circumstances, e.g. Healthcare card holders. Parking: (Cathedral Street) Up to 2hr free and paid parking meters available on Cathedral Street. Parking is also available at the Domain Carpark, Sir John Young Crescent, Woolloomooloo, or at Cook & Phillip Park Carpark under St Mary's Cathedral. Both are a few minutes walk away. Public transport: Nearest train stations are St James and King Cross. Regular bus services along William Street close-by. For services: www.131500.com.au or phone 131500 for timetable information. Disability access: Our practice is located on the upper levels of our building. If stair access is a problem for you, please let us know as off-site appointments can be arranged. Cancellation policy: We understand there may be times you can’t make your appointment. Please provide 24 hours advance notice and we will gladly reschedule another session, otherwise full fee applies. Confidentiality: All sessions at Creative Counsel are confidential and we issue an agreement to that effect in writing. Professional supervision: We are all committed to attend regular professional supervision to maintain the highest standards for our work. This is a requirement of our professional organisation (Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association) and we value the importance it plays in our life and work as therapists. All supervision is confidential.
