Divorce Coaching Divorce/separation is painful but it doesn’t have to be a bloody war. When you have children, you will always be in a relationship with your ex, even after divorce. How do you manage the hurt, the anger and disappointment and cope with the frustrations of an ongoing relationship with someone you can no longer live with, but whom your children can’t live without? How do you and your child/children deal with shared custody, visitations, Christmas, birthdays, ex in-laws, and his or her new partner? And when there are no children, the feelings, the problems establishing new lives, may be different but just as heartbreaking and difficult. Property division, pet custody, managing the changes to relationships with friends, in-laws and others you and your partner have been involved with throughout your life together, need to be accomplished without creating more harm and ill will. This is a supportive, practical and solution focused approach that can help you get through this very challenging transition, consciously and creatively.
