You’re not alone.
Many people feel frustrated by a failure to understand how their intimate relationships go wrong.
But guess what? None of us are ever taught how to be in a relationship in a healthy and sustainable way. We have to learn how to be ourselves and to bring that self into a partnership with one other person.
How do we do this?
- As children we learn mostly from watching our parent’s relationship, or those of the other adults around us.
- As teenagers and adults, we take those lessons into our romantic relationships where we discover that they work for us, or against us.
- Through trial and error we might learn new ways of doing things or we might end up repeating the same unhealthy patterns again, and again and again… and end up feeling hopeless, confused and alone, or in relationships that are unhealthy and damaging to us.
How can I change this?
- look at past relationships and family relationship patterns
- examine the way that you relate to people - your communication styles and patterns
- figure out your emotional needs and what triggers strong emotional reactions within you
- look at what you have come to believe about yourself and how that makes you feel
- learn how to change those things which have become the obstacles to establishing and building true and lasting emotional intimacy.

Relationship Bootcamp for Singles is a program of six intensive coaching and therapy sessions designed to work on the issues which may be preventing you finding the love you want and keeping it.
You can learn how to:
- Experience intimacy without giving up your own sense of identity
- Understand your family of origin relationship patterns and behaviours and develop the awareness and skills to change them;
- Recognise your emotional triggers and manage them so that they are no longer a destructive force in your relationships
- Identify the core beliefs about yourself which are creating barriers to intimacy and learn how to change those beliefs
- Recognise and value your own strengths and talents and what it is that you bring to your relationships
With empathy and understanding Relationship Bootcamp will help you gain a clearer understanding of how and why others respond to you in the way they do. Solution focussed and practical, Relationship Bootcamp will support you to discover a new and authentic way of being in intimate relationship with another. It will help you to love yourself so that you can love well and wisely.
The first session of Relationship Bootcamp for Singles will be 1.5hrs. Each following session will be 1 hr. Session fees are $125 or $600 for the program if booked and paid for in advance.
